SWU is excited to collaborate with Moodfit to provide a mental health fitness app for our students and employees to reduce stress and build resilience to manage life’s ups and downs. Many things in this world impact our sense of well-being. If you’re not thriving the way you would like, working on your mental health daily can be a great investment of time and energy. If you have ever felt like giving up, or your mood has hit rock bottom, the Moodfit app is a perfect place to turn for 24/7 help and support.
SWU has provided a way for students to have a FREE premium account. To take advantage of the offer, go to the Moodfit website and use the program code SWU to create your account. If you already have the app, log into your account on the website www.getmoodfit.com/create-account and add the program code SWU to unlock access to all the resources at the premium level.
