Boasting 17 NCCAA National Championships since 2007, our 14 NCCAA and NCAA Division II athletic teams offer incoming students the opportunity to participate in their favorite sport against other regional institutions. In addition to promoting a healthy spiritual life, students at Southern Wesleyan University are encouraged towards emotional and physical wellness. Full time residential and commuter students are eligible to receive free, confidential health and counseling services while school is in session.

Campus Safety
SWU is committed to providing a safe, secure, Christ-centered learning environment for the campus community. Campus Safety holds a security license from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED). All Campus Safety security officers are registered with SLED and have arrest authority on Southern Wesleyan University property.
