Ushering in the holy season at SWU’s Newton Hobson Chapel
Dr. Don Campbell leads the singing of a Christmas carol also being performed by the university’s concert choir. Greg Day directs the instrumental ensemble as they provide accompaniment, along with Jane Dill, chair of the university's Fine Arts Department, on the piano.
For the first time, Southern Wesleyan University held its service of lessons and carols at Newton Hobson Chapel and Fine Arts Center. This celebration of Christ’s birth through scripture and song took place Dec. 5 at the university’s campus in Central.
