SWU tuition to remain unchanged for third year
Southern Wesleyan University announced that tuition will remain unchanged for the third consecutive year.
“I think it is amazing how the decision of the past years to hold our tuition rates at SWU are now helping so many students impacted financially with this pandemic to return to SWU or consider SWU for the first time,” said Dr. Todd Voss, Southern Wesleyan University president. “It is that very reason we felt compelled to do all we could to provide high quality education at a great value in good times and now even more so today.”
In addition, Southern Wesleyan’s board of trustees has increased the amount of student scholarships awarded from its endowment by over 25% from 2019, according to Scott Drury, vice president for advancement.
“Each year SWU offers over $9 million in student aid to assist students with the cost of attendance,” Drury said.
Students discover affordable and flexible paths in achieving their degrees at SWU including face to face, hybrid and online courses offering opportunities to work, gain experience through internships and even have opportunities to travel via global engagement trips.
