South Carolina Region 1 Science Fair 2025 Announces Title Sponsor: Ortec

CENTRAL, S.C. – Southern Wesleyan University is proud to announce Ortec as the Title Sponsor for the South Carolina Region 1 Science Fair 2025, which serves students from seven counties: Anderson, Abbeville, Laurens, Greenville, Greenwood, Oconee, and Pickens. This year’s Science Fair is made possible by the generous support of Ortec, a global leader in custom chemical manufacturing and advanced material solutions.
The SC Region 1 Science Fair provides a platform for young scientists from grades 3 through 12 to showcase their innovative projects, with opportunities to advance to prestigious competitions like the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) and the Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge (JIC).
