    Karl Ekberg, food service director for Aramark at Southern Wesleyan University, congratulates Elizabeth Payseur of Lincolnton, N.C., on winning a round-trip airplane ticket to the destination of her choice.

    Payseur, a SWU junior majoring in elementary and early childhood education, was one of many students, faculty and staff members to enter Aramark’s contest by completing a food service survey.
