Aspiring jazz artists spent four days on the Southern Wesleyan University campus in Central learning tips from the pros. This year’s camp took place June 22-25, featuring students from across the state receiving instruction in jazz improvisation, jamming with clinicians and working with jazz artists which included saxophonist Doug Norwine, a renowned player known for his improvisational ability and his numerous studio credits.
