Finley to serve on state-level development team
Susan Finley, professor of education at Southern Wesleyan University, was selected to serve on the S.C. Department of Education Rubric Development Team.
This team is charged with guiding the development or selection of a rubric that measures teacher professional practice within the Expanded ADEPT Support and Evaluation System.
“Professor Finley’s expertise and leadership will play an integral part in this work as we seek to develop or select the best professional practice rubric for the teachers of South Carolina,” said Dr. Sandra McLendon, dean of SWU’s School of Education. “This experience will benefit all the teacher candidates in Southern Wesleyan University Teacher Education Program.”
