Once a student, always a part of #TeamSWU
As an alumnus of SWU, anyone who has at least 12 hours on a transcript from SWU, you’re part of the family! The Southern Wesleyan University Alumni Association is here to assist all alumni in a spirit of Christian service. Whether you’re looking for networking opportunities or looking up a long-lost classmate, we can help.
As you browse through the alumni pages, may you be blessed with fond memories of your time as a student at SWU. Maybe you lived on campus in the early years in Smith Hall, McDonald Hall or even stayed in “VET-ville.” Many have memories of Childs Hall or Stuart-Bennett. Memories of before air-conditioning versus after air-conditioning. You may have lived in the apartments or even Mulllinax, affectionately known at “Mulli.” Others never lived in a residence hall but were a commuter or even completed classes online in the comfort of your home.
Thousands of working adults met weekly with a small group to complete a degree in one of the many locations across the state. Regardless of your program – online or onsite – regardless of where you slept at night, in a residence hall or home with spouse and kids; every former student is an important part of the SWU alumni family. Each alumnus or alumna and their memories of SWU is a thread in the fabric of what makes Southern Wesleyan University the institution it is today.
