Lead with confidence. Educate with excellence.
SWU’s M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision creates leaders who understand the value of leading from a place of clear-eyed vision, focused commitment, and a Christian ethic of care. Our graduates leave prepared to partner with a school, district, board of education, and local community to develop and implement a shared vision of learning.
Here, you’ll work closely with former administrators who have real-world experience and are ready to help you progress toward a career in school administration. Along with practicum opportunities, you’ll deepen your understanding of educational leadership, operations management, and public and community relations.
If you’re a current teacher with at least two years of teaching experience and an interest in becoming a principal or educational leader, the next step on your journey starts here.
