Our program creates influential leaders through biblically faithful education emphasizing Christian ethics alongside completing an internship where students can apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations.
At SWU, your coursework will focus on practical skills and case analysis to ensure you’re well-prepared to join the workforce as a people-centric leader. Cultivate your soft skills, develop the practical capabilities you need, and improve the workforce.
Organizational leadership is about business success and satisfying the needs of God’s people through products, services, and care. How will you serve with an organizational leadership degree?
