The Office of Academic Online Support Services (AOSS) is committed to ensuring the success and development of all online students by providing them with superior service. We take pride in learning how we can support each student along his or her educational journey at SWU.
Our team provides Academic Success Coaches (ASC) who journey with you through your program and help with a variety of issues or questions that may arise. The goal of these coaches is to optimize your experience from the beginning to the end of your degree program. Your ASC can provide you with career service assistance, connect you with tutoring services, and deliver hands-on support for other academic matters.
