Fine Arts events at Southern Wesleyan University’s
Newton Hobson Chapel and Fine Arts Center
April 4 – Greenville Concert Band, directed by Dr. Darryl Jachens
Since its founding in 1972, the Greenville Concert Band has presented a unique blend of musicianship, enthusiasm and community spirit. The program begins at 7:30 p.m. at Newton Hobson Chapel and Fine Arts Center on the university’s campus in Central. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under age 12. Call (864) 644-5191 for tickets and details. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. Southern Wesleyan faculty, staff, and students enter free with valid identification, but tickets must be reserved. Tickets will also be available at the door.
April 16 – Music Majors Honors Recital

The Southern Wesleyan University Wind Ensemble will perform a variety of music and offer great entertainment to all who come to hear this program.
