The Princeton Review has named Southern Wesleyan University as a Best Southeastern College in its online report, “2008 Best Colleges: Region by Region.”
Southern Wesleyan University is one of 146 colleges Princeton Review selected as an outstanding institution in the Southeast. Princeton Review gathered opinion data from several Southern Wesleyan University students, describing the sense of community they feel on campus, as well as a family atmosphere. Other feedback from students mentioned small class sizes where it is easy to get to know professors and the emphasis placed on living a Christian lifestyle within a student’s chosen field.
“We commend these institutions for their excellent academics and we believe our choices offer applicants and their parents in these regions a wide range of fine schools to consider applying to,” said Robert Franek, publisher and editorial director of the Princeton Review. This year, Princeton Review featured 654 schools in its report, published annually.
Prospective students from across the nation use The Princeton Review to prepare for the SAT and to learn more about colleges and universities. Southern Wesleyan University has received the Best in the Southeast ranking for the fourth consecutive year in a row.
