Investing in Southern Wesleyan University is easy and convenient. You may choose to invest in the capital campaign, support the Promise Fund with an annual gift, or work with one of our advisors to develop a planned gift that is right for you.

 Building Foundations for a New Generation

Our three-year, $20.5 million capital campaign will ensure our buildings and programs meet the changes and challenges of our growing enrollment by allowing us to pursue:

• Stewardship Projects to extend the usefulness and value of existing facilities.
• Growth Projects, such as a new residence hall and the dining hall/student center, which will produce revenue for SWU.
• Vision Projects that include a new chapel and fine arts building, the University Center, the Columbia Regional Building, the Center for Teaching Excellence, enhancements to the campus and the general endowment.

As a campaign donor, you become part of God’s plans in students’ lives. Through your investment, you’ll have a direct and positive effect on the future of Southern Wesleyan and on the students who seek their future here.

The Promise Fund at Southern Wesleyan University

The Promise Fund provides critical support for a wide range of programs. Through the Promise Fund, we’re able to increase fund scholarships and financial aid, invest in state-of-the-art classroom equipment, expand our campus ministries, and enhance other student activities. As the Promise Fund increases, so do the opportunities to serve our students.

Planned Giving

A planned gift is a charitable gift that is funded either during your lifetime or after. In addition to tax advantages, a planned gift allows you to dictate how certain assets are distributed and to know that you’ve made a difference. Through your generosity, you’ll leave a legacy, help future SWU students, and enhance the caliber of Southern Wesleyan.
