3:30-7 p.m. - National Alumni Board Meeting, Founders’ Hall

Saturday, September 26

First 100 families to register at the Welcome Tent and participate in the
limbo contest will receive a SWU beach towel.
9-11 a.m. Executive Steering Committee planning meeting for multi-decade reunion

9 a.m.-5 p.m. - Join friends for conversation in the Rickman Library as you
wade through the book sale or backstroke in time during your visit to the
Evatt Heritage Center, where 100 years of SWU history is on display. Rest in
the Campus Life Center Lounge or enjoy a fruit smoothie in Java City.
Enjoy your day just splashing around

9:45 a.m. - Welcome/Registration Tent, Wesleyan Drive near Folger Auditorium

10 a.m. - Women’s Cross Country, Clayton Street

10:45 a.m. - Men’s Cross Country, Clayton Street

11:30 a.m.- Chapel Service, Newton Hobson Chapel and Fine Arts Center
“SWU Alumni Changing the World” with speaker, Dave Tolan
During this homecoming chapel, special seating and recognition will be
given to all SWU alumni who have served short-term, long-term, or as career
missionaries.We are putting together a master list of those who have served in
a missionary role. Please call the Alumni Office at (864) 644-5384 to add your
name to this list of SWU alumni changing the world.

12:30 p.m. - Lunch: All guests are invited to join friends and family in the Dining
Commons for a buffet meal ($7.50 per person).

12:30 p.m. - Reunion lunches will be hosted across the campus in various
locations. (RSVP is required by Sept. 18. Reunion lunch location will be
confirmed upon ticket purchase.)
“Senior Class” 1906-1958, 1959, 1969, 1979, 1989, 1999, 2009 (prices vary from
$7.50 -$15 per person).

12:30-5 p.m. - Splish Splash Zone (Free for all ages,
but registration is required at the Welcome Tent.) Guests
are invited to bring a change of clothes or swimsuit and
enjoy the amazing splash activities throughout the day.
• Rock Wall with attendant, 28’ (all ages)
• Big Kahuna, 15’ tall and 34’ long (all ages)
• Wet Slide, 18’ tall, 32’ long, 10’ wide (elementary-adults)
• Surf Wave, 35’ long (all ages)
• Wild Splash, 8’ wide and 35’ long (all ages)
• Palm Tree jump house, 15’ x 15’ (all ages)
• Dolphin Slide, 30’ long, 10’ wide (all ages)

1 p.m. - Homerun Derby, Dr. C. Keith Connor Baseball Field
Awards will be presented to each homerun category

1 p.m. - SWU Lady Warriors Volleyball, Walden Tysinger Gymnasium

2:30 p.m. - Campus Showcase (tours of new facilities).
Tours begin at the lobby of the Dining Commons.

3 p.m. - SWU Women’s Soccer, Childs Soccer Field

4-7 p.m. - Outdoor barbeque will be available for $7.50 per person at Bryant Lodge

5 p.m. - SWU Men’s Soccer, Childs Soccer Field
Homecoming Coronation will take place during half-time of the men’s soccer game.
SGA events, including float races will take place mid-afternoon by Burns Pond with
refreshing ice cream floats sold in a signature “Splish Splash Homecoming” mugs.

Save the date: On Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 28 and 29, SWU men’s golf
tournament will be held at Smithfield’s in Easley S.C.
