Enrollment

1,084 students are enrolled in AGS undergraduate programs (fall 2007).

  • 33 percent are male and 67 percent are female

SWU currently offers six undergraduate programs via the AGS format:

Graduate programs include:

AGS faculty not only have outstanding academic qualifications, they are seasoned professionals with real-world expertise. This blend of academic scholarship and practical, concrete experience provides students with the knowledge, skills, and characteristics essential for today’s professional.

Format 

Students in the AGS program typically enroll in one 5-7 week class at a time. Students attend one class session per week and participate in a weekly study group of classmates engaging in independent, team-oriented learning. 

Spiritual Life 

Spiritual formation is an essential and central part of life at SWU. Opportunities to walk closer to God include faculty-led devotions and prayer, Gideon Bible distribution, confidential pastoral counseling and referrals, Chaplain support services, and weekly on-line devotional readings.
