ABOUT SIMSSIMS offers courses in a non-traditional format to ministers seeking ordination in The Wesleyan Church. Courses are also open to those who wish to enroll for personal enrichment or continuing education. Each week of courses will begin at noon on Monday and end at noon on Friday. Students may take one course per week. No pre-seminar or post-seminar work is required; all course requirements are completed during the week. Monday classes run from noon to 4 p.m. Classes on Tuesday – Friday are scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon. Registration begins at 10 a.m. each Monday in Room 200-B, Brower Classroom Building, on the campus of Southern Wesleyan University. A $10 pre-registration fee per course is required. Due date: April 10. Make checks payable to Southern Wesleyan University. Balance is due upon arrival. Pre-registration will determine whether a course is offered. Minimum enrollment: 5 students. LODGINGCampus housing is available. Apartment with A/C, private bedroom, kitchen, living area, 2 baths in a 4-bedroom suite: $10 per night. (Towels and linen are not furnished.)
